How do I place an order and choose delivery options?
Browse our shop, choose your candle scent and jar color, then proceed to checkout. You’ll select your shipping method before payment.
Where do you ship, and can I track my order?
We ship across the U.S. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.
How can I care for my candle, and what if it arrives damaged?
Trim the wick, let it burn evenly, and avoid drafts. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us for a replacement or refund.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Contact us within 7 days for returns or exchanges. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
